Anna Meier
Annie Meier is a research associate at CID, where she specializes in quantitative methods and data management. Before joining CID, Meier worked as a research study coordinator for the Foods for Health Institute (FFHI) at UC Davis. There she coordinated research studies involving lactation, microbiology and infant-maternal nutrition. Previous to her transition to public policy research, she served as a nutrition counselor for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in Sacramento County. During her time in graduate school, she also worked on housing policy research projects and completed an internship at the California Research Bureau. Meier holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition from UC Davis, and a master’s degree in public policy and administration from California State University, Sacramento. Her personal interests include trail running, reading and enjoying good food.
